Over more than 15 years, Archil has advised companies, financial institutions and international organisations on corporate, contract, banking and finance, employment and regulatory matters. He combines senior in-house experience, including serving as Chief Legal Officer of a large corporation, with years of practice at leading, internationally ranked law firms in Tbilisi, giving him both the business perspective and the legal depth clients need. He has also contributed to the development of Georgia’s financial markets and, alongside his practice, teaches corporate law at university level.
